Lombardo’s new, award-winning chef Sharyn Olitsky has redesigned our event menus. Ms. Olitsky comes to us with more than 25 years experience. Among her accolades is the 2007 Phantom Gourmet Gold Plate Award for her signature dish, “Drunk and Dirty Steak Tips.”
